We primarily work with adults seeking support for mental health challenges, trauma, or personal growth. If you’re unsure whether therapy is right for you, feel free to reach out for a consultation here.

We offer virtual sessions for your convenience to residents of New York and Connecticut. Virtual sessions are conducted with audio and video via a secure HIPAA-compliant video link. As per state law, you must be in your state of residence at the time of session. We do not offer phone sessions.

We offer in person therapy sessions in Mamaroneck, New York.

We are in-network with Aetna, Carelon/Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, United Healthcare, Optum, Oxford, Oscar, and Cigna.
We do not yet accept Medicare and Medicaid.

We have direct pay options of $150 per session.
If we are out-of-network for your plan, we can submit to your insurance on your behalf for reimbursement. We partner with Mentaya, a stress-free service that streamlines getting reimbursed for your therapy sessions through out-of-network benefits without clients communicating with their insurance provider directly. To verify eligibility, please contact us directly.

Yes, we offer a limited number of sliding scale spots based on financial need. If cost is a concern, please reach out to discuss availability and options. Our goal is to make therapy accessible while ensuring quality care.

Therapy sessions are typically scheduled once per week, but frequency may vary depending on your needs. We’ll discuss what works best for you.

The length of therapy varies from person to person. Some clients see improvements in a few months, while others benefit from longer-term support. Together, we’ll create a plan that aligns with your goals.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer the appointment time to other clients who may be waiting for an opening. Late cancellations or missed appointments are subject to a fee.
